For this week's lesson I'd like you to take some time to be open and start to recognize your true emotions each day

1) What is your prevailing emotion every morning?

2) What superficial events or experiences cause you fear, depression or anger?

3) What memories upset you most?

Make a note of these thoughts in your Healing, Health and Healthy Weight journal that you can come back to them later in this lesson. Remember that these emotional responses to each event or experience in each layer of consciousness are actually your soul symptoms and have clues to how and what you need in order to produce perfectly balanced neurochemistry for your ultimate healing, health, and healthy weight. And answer the questions in the Reflection Worksheet.

What does doodling do? Less stress can improve your general mood, but Researchers say that doodling can allow us to work through and express our emotions. No art background required!

"We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing." George Bernard Shaw

and "Play is our brain’s favorite way of learning." Diane Ackerman

Enough said!

“Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest. Heals the heart and makes it whole flows from heaven to the soul.”  Victor Hugo

Dancing is the way we express ourselves when our words are insufficient and be our unique authentic selves, not caring what anyone else thinks. It is freedom and it makes us smile.
