WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU KNOW WHEN ONE OF THE 7 QUALITIES IS MISSING

1) IF YOU DON'T FEEL SAFE
Ask yourself where and when you feel least safe. Once you've got that answer write it down and praise God and Jesus for Their lovingly showing you what you need to learn. This means that you might need to make some environmental changes to feel safer or you might need to remove yourself from the company of some person that makes you feel unsafe.

2) IF YOU DON'T FEEL INCLUDED IN YOUR FAMILY, FRIEND GROUPS, OR AT WORK
Ask yourself under what circumstances do you feel least included. In this scenario you will be working with other souls who might not know how to show you that you belong, or that it isn't a priority to them. In this case we have to include God's and Jesus' help in addressing this situation in a more effective way than to just get angry or fearful or depressed about it. Again praise God and Jesus and listen to the Body Psychic Workbook Dropping the Ball meditation, The Surrender Meditation in Lesson 5 and pray: Dear God and Jesus please help me to bring peace into my soul and clarity to why I feel left out so often. Help me to communicate my needs to this group or give me a sign if I should leave this group.
If it is the family then ask for the family members to embrace you and take you in lovingly.

3) IF YOU DON'T FEEL CONFIDENT OR RECOGNIZED FOR YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Ask yourself when you feel this way, is it within your family, in your marriage or at work. In any case, pray and ask God and Jesus to give you the words to communicate how fulfilling it would be to be recognized for your accomplishments and that those people's support would be of utmost loving kindness and how blessed you would feel having their support in this way.

4) IF YOU DON'T FEEL LOVED UNCONDITIONALLY
Again ask yourself if you feel this way with your family, spouse, close friend, or anyone who you are supposed to feel loved by. If you feel drained by a relationship or a circumstance ask yourself if you are being lovingly supported here. If not, then Surrender it to God and Jesus in the Surrender Meditation.

5) IF YOU DON'T FEEL YOU CAN COMMUNICATE YOUR FEELINGS OR EMOTIONS OR IF YOU DON'T FEEL HEARD
Ask yourself who it is that isn't hearing you that needs to. Ask yourself if what you are saying is landing on deaf ears or that they themselves are in denial of your personal truth. Regardless of what they say about you and your feelings, does the conversation end in good inspired, hopeful feelings? Or does it end in feelings of doubt, hopelessness, or any other insecurities.

6) IF YOU DON'T FEEL THAT YOU HAVE GOOD MEMORY OR MENTAL CLARITY
Ask yourself if you took action on and followed the good feelings in yiur life? This is God's newly found plan for you. He loves you so much.
​
7) IF YOU DON'T FEEL YOUR INTUITIVE CONNECTION TO GOD
Ask yourself if you ALLOWED God and Jesus in to your life. Let them take care of it.
THE 7 QUALITIES GOD WANTS ALL OF HIS PEOPLE TO HAVE
Once you've had an opportunity to discover the problem event, circumstance, or situation, create a dialogue in relation to the 7 qualities God wants us to have and about how you felt and feel about it. Feel free to add, shift, or create a slightly different sentence that will more accurately reflect your feelings. You can get started by filling in the blanks below:

I felt ______________________ about my safety and security when this happened,
I felt ______________________ about my ability to feel like I belong, and have a level of intimacy in my relationship with you and others.
I felt ______________________ about my confidence, my accomplishments, my self-worth when this happened.
I felt ______________________ about my ability to be loved unconditionally and about my ability to express my love freely.
I felt ______________________ about my ability to communicate how this made me feel, I also felt ____________________ about hearing your side clearly.
I felt ______________________ about my ability to communicate clearly and understand your position in it and why it happened the way it did.
I felt that you were ______________________________about the situation
I felt I needed to ask God and Jesus for more support, that They must have a reason why things turned out the way they did and that I must use this opportunity in speaking and better understanding my truth in it to connect better with my soul and God's purpose for me in my life.

This dialogue relates directly to each of the "power centers" of the body and may have an immediate and direct more positive impact on the physical body as well as the mind and soul. Keep track of physical sensations as you speak the above dialogue out loud.

This will help you delve more deeply into the Body Scan information you received about your emotional/mental experiences and history. Use this to further your understanding of what areas of life you might need to give a bit more time and attention to in the future as this is the indicator that there was something about that particular life lesson that you didn't understand or may have skipped over.
